Stefanie Harris is a New York based executive coach, consultant and business leader with over 25 years of experience in helping individuals, teams and organizations achieve business objectives and optimal performance levels. Throughout her career, Stefanie has worked as an advisor and coach with all levels of management (Manager to C-Suite) and high potentials. She is known for her ability to quickly connect with people, navigate change, and work with a diverse group of personalities and teams.
Stefanie’s approach as a coach is psychodynamic; it is centered on her ability to develop strong and trusted partnerships, and grounded by her business acumen and leadership background. She takes the time to learn about your work, and also about who you are are holistically to help define the path forward. Stefanie is additionally known for her direct and honest communication style – striking the right balance between challenge and support of her clients, to help graciously push individuals and teams through any moments of “stuckness” or discomfort.
Business and Career Background
Prior to starting her own business, Stefanie held senior HR leadership positions at public companies, including spending 16 years at Sirius XM. Her past experience includes leadership advisory for the C-suite, developing and facilitating internal executive coaching programs, talent management and assessment, and managing HR Business Partner teams. In addition, Stefanie has partnered with leaders to facilitate and coach for team effectiveness as well as strategy and operating model alignment.
Stefanie has in-depth experience working within the technology and media industries, and additional background working as a consultant with private equity across a wide variety of industries. She has successfully coached and assessed leaders across most cross-functional disciplines.
Education and Certifications
Stefanie has an advanced executive coaching certification from Columbia University, and is a certified coach and member of ICF. She is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts (BFA) and Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business (MBA). She is certified in various psychometric and 360 Feedback instruments (Hogan, NBI, MBTI, TDS and LVI).
